Metabolic Fitness Center (MFC) started as an idea by a group of people who have a passion for health and fitness. We decided to make MFC a gym for everyone and then incorporate the basics of functional movements and cross training into our workouts. Don't worry, you won't be doing muscle-ups or pistols upon your first visit to MFC! Instead, our trainers will modify the workouts based upon the skill and ability of the individual. Stop in, say hi, schedule a free trial, and join us for a workout. There are always a lot of laughs, friendly athletes, and plenty to learn. Besides, I guarantee you will know you got a workout in once your session is over.
